In modern conditions, financing of the innovative development sector, as well as the implementation of large-scale innovative projects, is impossible without the participation of the state. One of the most effective instruments of state support is public procurement. This article is devoted to the analysis of the EU experience in the use of modern digital technologies, including the field of public procurement.
