Digitalization and its impact on labour relations (on the example of China)

The development of technology leads to socio-economic changes, including the restructuring of employment. The large-scale elimination of traditional professions that dominate the stage of industrial development and the emergence of new ones require the development of a special industrial development strategy that ensures technological innovation and stable employment. The article reveals the features of the dynamics and prospects of employment in China. The characteristics of the new employment format in the context of the transition to Industry 4.0 are substantiated, measures to improve employment management in the digital age are proposed.
