Digitalization impact on labour relations
The article discusses some features of the impact of digitalization on labor and other directly related relationships. The analysis of the ongoing transformations is carried out, their pros and cons from the point of view of the development of labor relations are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the issues of translating personnel documentation into electronic form, as well as the problems of legislative regulation of various aspects of remote work, the particular relevance of which was manifest-ed during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is concluded that digitalization significantly modifies the organizational principle in labor relations.
