Digitalization of the processes of providing public services and the performance of public functions by authorities

The article deals with the development and use of information systems to automate the processes of providing public services. The existing systems are considered, their key characteristics are formulated. The risks of mass transition to digital public services, as well as the potential for improving the system of public services with the help of digital technologies are analyzed.
