Digital transformation of the banking sector: opportunities and risks for banks and their clients

The article is devoted to the changes taking place in the banking sector in the context of digital transformation. The main factors that determine the digitalization of banking services are identified. Its impact on the structure of the banking market, on the activities of its participants and on the quality of banking services has been assessed. The transformation of the needs of bank customers is analyzed.
