Digital transformation of the state order in construction

The expansion of digital technologies into the construction industry is gaining new di-mensions due to the introduction in 2022 of the obligation of customers to use information models of ob-jects when placing a state order. This produces another transformation in the structure and functioning of the contract system. The study of changes in the domestic contracting system and the corresponding block of public administration under the influence of digitalization of individual industry components is very productive from the point of view of institutional theory.
