Monitoring new professions and labor functions: methodological approach

The article examines the validity of the differentiation of new, developing and disappearing professions in order to obtain up-to-date information on changes in the professional and qualification composition of those employed in the labor market. The factors influencing the emergence of new professions and work functions are analyzed. Definitions of new, developing and disappearing professions are given, their main features are proposed, according to which directions for monitoring changes in professions and labor functions have been developed. The issues of organization and monitoring of new and developing professions are considered.
