Project Management as a tool for optimizing employment
Project management is an important methodological and practical component of the stabilization of macroeconomic processes. At the same time, assumptions are made about the formation of the project economy as a new management system that replaces the market economy. Based on a retrospective analysis, the article presents the development of project activities, its theoretical understanding, as well as various projects in the public sector and in the gig economy that arise, including as a result of the introduction of digital technologies into production processes. It is emphasized that the intensive spread of new business models significantly increases the flexibility of the labor market, contributing to the expansion of partial and non-standard employment. At the same time, the precarious employment of workers is increasing, which is accompanied by an aggravation of contradictions in the field of social and labor relations, which negatively affects the socio-economic situation and the daily lives of citizens. The proposed organizational and legal measures within the framework of project management make it possible to stabilize the labor market and activate the processes of innovative development.
Keywords: project management; project economics; gig economy; labor relations; non-standard employment; innovative development.
