Return to the distribution in the assessments of Internet users and student teachers
The article is devoted to the problem of graduate employment and the use of the model of state distribution. Based on a retrospective discourse analysis of the public debate on the mandatory state distribution of public sector students, the distribution of opinions of the public and students regarding the legislative regulation of this area is shown. Considering students of pedagogical specialties as a target group, the author compared the assessments of students of history with pedagogical specialization with weak and strong willingness to accept the professional role of a teacher. The obtained data can be used to develop more effective methods of stimulating students to the teaching profession and overcoming negative attitudes towards state distribution in case of its adjustment towards a differentiated approach and an expanded composition of places of employment for possible choice.
Keywords: state distribution of graduates; evaluation of the draft law; motivation; pedagogical readiness.
