Еmployers' proposals in conditions of personnel shortage: dynamics of in-demand professions
The article is devoted to the dynamics of in-demand vacancies during 2022–2023, posted on leading online recruiting platforms. Particular attention is paid to current professions, work experience, level of education, and wages. The information and analytical system of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “All-Russian Research Institute of Labor” of the Ministry of Labor of Russia, created using big data technology, makes it possible to analyze the needs of employers for workers in an industry and regional context, which is the practical significance of this study. The identified changes in the demand for labor are the basis for the development of a set of measures aimed at ensuring the synchronization of the needs of the labor market and the system of higher and secondary vocational education and the formation of an effective staffing system.
