Individual demographic differences and job satisfaction in Russia

The article provides a statistical analysis of demographic differences in the level of satisfaction with various aspects of work in Russia. The study is based on data from three rounds of comprehensive monitoring of the living conditions of the population (2018, 2020 and 2022) conducted by Rosstat. The results obtained indicate that the degree of job satisfaction in general and its various aspects in the Russian Federation is quite high. At the same time, an increase in the level of job satisfaction is recorded with an increase in the age, level of education and degree of qualification of the individual. The conclusions demonstrate the importance of taking into account individual demographic characteristics for building an effective personnel policy in organizations.
