Human conservation and providing the economy with human resources in Russia: modern challenges and tasks

The realization of such a goal of Russia's national development as “decent, effective work and successful entrepreneurship” largely depends on the state socio-economic policy, which is currently being modernized. At the same time, there are still problems that need to be solved, as well as new ones due to changes in external and internal conditions. This paper examines the actions being taken in the country aimed at human conservation, improving the quality of life of the population and meeting the needs of the economy in personnel, as well as the tasks in this area in the light of the observed trends and existing challenges.
