Main trends in the functioning of the labor market in the Republic of Bashkortostan
The article considers the main trends in the development of the labor market in the Republic of Bashkortostan in 2018–2024. The main indicators are analyzed – the level of participation in the labor force, the level of employment and unemployment, informal employment, etc. It is revealed that the labor market of the Republic of Bashkortostan has undergone significant changes in the past few years, due to both all-Russian trends and regional specifics. The main challenges of the republican labor market include: labor shortage and, as a consequence, an increase in demand for it in some sectors of the economy, increased competition among employers for young specialists, a fairly high proportion of unemployed people among young people, a high level of informal employment. It is concluded that the labor market of the Republic of Bashkortostan is in the process of transformation caused by economic, technological and social changes.
