The Impact of the Spread of AI Technologies on the Employment sector: Risks, Opportunities, Prospects

The current stage of socio-economic development is characterized by the rapid spread of AI technologies and their increasing impact on the state of the employment sector and the structure of labor markets. This paper presents some conceptual aspects of the use of artificial intelligence, allowing a better understanding of these processes. The main professional, socio-economic, technological, ethical risks and limitations of AI technologies for the labor sector are considered. At the same time, the opportunities that artificial intelligence opens up for the evolution of professions and the emergence of new forms of labor activity are shown. The features of the implementation of AI technologies and their significance for employment in the Russian Federation are described. In conclusion, some scenarios of the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor sphere are presented. A thesis is put forward about the advisability of perceiving AI technologies as a tool for further automation and progressive development of all types of human activity in the long term.
