Providing management personnel for the region's agro-industrial complex (using the southern municipal districts of Krasnoyarsk Krai as an example)
This article examines the development of a sustainable mechanism for staffing a municipality corresponding to its economic specialization. The study focuses on the city of Minusinsk and the southern municipalities of Krasnoyarsk Krai, which possess significant potential for the development of the agro-industrial complex. Key challenges are analyzed, and solutions are proposed based on an integrated model of “business–government–education–personnel” interaction. The need to develop a regional higher education system to retain qualified management personnel in the region's agroindustrial complex is substantiated.
