Organisational and economic mechanism for the development of urban intellectual environment

At the current stage of social development, innovation and intellectual labour are the key factors that ensure the sovereignty and competitiveness of the national economy. Opportunities and possibilities of expanded production of innovative products, works and services at the city level are largely determined by the intellectual environment, the existence of which is impossible without knowledge holders. The presented materials reflect the conceptual approaches to the intellectual environment of cities and its development, as well as the organisational and economic mechanism of knowledge holders' ingression into the domestic urban environment.
