The review examines the history and current activities of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf. Particular attention is paid to how this organization responds to conflicts in the Middle East. The work also highlights her humanitarian activities. Separately, shows the nature of the relations between the Cooperation Council of the Arab States of the Persian Gulf with the USA, the EU and the Russian Federation
